Camera Scanner Pro is a document scanning, image capturing, PDF creation, and file management app. This Privacy Policy explains how Camera Scanner Pro handles user information when users install, access, or use the app.

Camera Scanner Pro does not require users to create an account. We do not collect personal information such as name, phone number, address, password, payment information, government ID, or banking information.
The app may request access to the device camera, photos, media, and file storage only to provide document scanning and file creation features.

Camera access is used only when the user opens the scanning or capture feature. The app does not use the camera in the background.

Files created inside the app may be stored locally on the user’s device. If a user deletes a scanned file from the app, the file may be removed from the app’s saved file list or local storage depending on the device and app settings.

Camera Scanner Pro is not responsible for how third-party apps handle files after the user chooses to share them.
6. Cloud Storage and Online Processing
Camera Scanner Pro is designed to provide scanning and document management features. Unless clearly stated inside the app, scanned documents are not intentionally uploaded to our server for storage.
If any future cloud backup, online sync, AI processing, or account-based feature is added, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such features are used.

Users can also remove camera or storage permission anytime from their device settings. Some app features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

Camera Scanner Pro keeps scanned files only as long as they remain saved on the user’s device or inside the app’s local storage. Users can delete their scanned files anytime.
If files are stored locally, uninstalling the app may delete app-related files depending on the device and operating system behavior.

Camera Scanner Pro does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not use scanned documents for advertising, profiling, or unauthorized analysis.
