Jibon Songi is a Bangladeshi matrimony app designed for adult users only. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child grooming, sexualized content involving minors, trafficking, harassment, or any activity that may harm children.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Jibon Songi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content, profile, message, photo, or activity involving CSAE is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
2. Adult-Only Use
Jibon Songi is intended for users aged 18 years or above. Users must not create profiles for minors or use the platform to contact, exploit, groom, or harm children in any way.
3. In-App Reporting
Users can report unsafe profiles, messages, photos, suspicious activity, harassment, fake accounts, or child safety concerns from inside the app. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.
4. Review and Enforcement
We review user reports and may remove violating content, restrict accounts, suspend users, or permanently delete accounts that violate our safety standards.
5. Cooperation With Authorities
Jibon Songi complies with applicable child safety laws and may report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to relevant regional, national, or law enforcement authorities where required.
