4. In-App Account Deletion

7. Images and Files
Magic Image Resizer does not claim ownership of user images. If the app stores any uploaded or processed image files on a server, those files linked to your account will be deleted or removed according to this policy after successful verification. If images are processed only locally on your device, deleting the app account may not automatically delete files already saved on your device. You may delete local files directly from your device storage.
8. Data That May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, tax, payment, dispute resolution, audit, backup, or compliance purposes. Such retained data will not be used for normal app services or marketing. Backup copies, if any, may take additional time to be fully removed according to the backup cycle.
9. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 working days after verification. If additional verification is required, the processing period may start after successful verification.
10. Effect of Account Deletion
Deleting your account may permanently remove your access to saved data, account history, premium features, saved settings, uploaded image records, support history, or other app-related records. Once the deletion process is completed, your account and related data may not be recoverable.
11. Subscription or Payment Records
If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are available, certain transaction records may be retained as required by payment providers, Google Play policies, tax rules, accounting rules, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play. Users should manage or cancel active subscriptions from Google Play account settings if applicable.
