BD Property Finder allows users to request permanent account deletion at any time.
Account deletion is an important action. Before deleting your account, please read this policy carefully.
What Happens After Account Deletion
When your account is deleted, your profile information, saved properties, personal account data, uploaded listings, property photos, listing history, messages if applicable, and account-related activity may be deleted or anonymized from our active system.
You may lose access to your account, posted properties, saved properties, premium features, subscription benefits, previous activity, and communication history.
This action may not be reversible after processing.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, security investigation, tax or accounting requirements, or regulatory obligations.
Non-personal, aggregated, or anonymized data may also be retained for analytics, security, and service improvement.
How to Delete Your Account From the App
To delete your account:
- Open BD Property Finder
- Go to Profile
- Open Legal & Compliance
- Tap Delete Account Permanently
- Read the warning carefully
- Confirm your account deletion request
After confirmation, your request will be reviewed and processed.

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 to 30 days after successful verification.
You may receive a confirmation message after the deletion request is completed.
